The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the GESHL company (hereafter referred to as We). Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly.
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the GESHL website ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, and also agree to our Warranty terms.
These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and GESHL as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.
Ordering
There are a number of methods in place to place an order:

by Bank Wire Transfer - the order will be processed at the given price at the time of the sale. Please contact us for our bank account details and an invoice for the product that is of interest to you. Once your payment has been issued and the funds have successfully cleared to our account, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail that we have received your order with updates for delivery.
Product information
GESHL takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products; this however, within the technical limits that exist and with respect for the best standards on the market.
Please note that some products' instruction manuals may not be in English due to our vast international supply source. If the instruction manual does not come in English, this information will be clearly featured in the technical information sheet of the specific product. Please note that in the case where you buy a product which does not have an English instruction manual you will be able to download the English manual by using a link that can be provided to you by GESHL where requested. As most products come with 2-pin plugs, adapters from European to UK plugs are supplied free of charge with your order.
Availability
Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available.
In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 2 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product.
Returns/Refunds
The return policy governs any purchase made through our GESHL retail website. The 7 day period is a "cooling off" period. We authorise the return on products that are brand new & un-used only.
GESHL offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival at your location. Customer's returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This does not apply to defective items.

Any item lost in the mail will not be the responsibility of GESHL, we advise a secure & insured reputable courier.

For products defective beyond the 7 days of receipt, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Customers should be aware that merchandise sold at GESHL are parallel imported items, therefore manufacturer warranty's are not applicable.

When returning an order, any applicable import duties for the import will still be the responsibility of the customer to settle, not GESHL
All returned items for refund must be brand new and un-used, unless otherwise faulty.

All goods MUST be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product, it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging and damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

Goods must be returned to us within a further 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of any kind after this period.
Shipping
Goods ordered from GESHL are shipped securely from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Orders are Processed within 24 hours after payment (except during the weekend periods & bank holidays). Delivery is approximately 3-5 working days after processing is complete. Delivery timeframes may be delayed if GESHL request further identification/verification concerning a payment received.
GESHL has partnered with several major courier services to ensure your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. Our partnering couriers include UPS, DHL and EMS services.
After an order has been despatched successfully, we will provide a tracking number. You can then view the status of your order directly online.
GESHL will not be held responsible for lost/stolen items by courier.
Pricing
Prices on products throughout the site fluctuate on a weekly basis. The reason for this is because prices change according to supply and demand factors that have impacts within the Telecommunications industry.
All efforts will be made to ensure all pricing across our site is as accurate and up to date as possible.
Pricing is subject to change across the website on a weekly basis without any prior notification – GESHL will fulfil an order for the price displayed at the time of purchase. - If the price of a product decreases after purchase due to external factors in the market, GESHL will not be held responsible.
Customs Fees/Applicable import duties
GESHL maintains a world-class logistics operation in Hong Kong. Customers from all over the world benefit from our rock bottom pricing & speedy delivery! Customers are responsible for the customs and import duties that may be applicable with their order depending on their country/region. Please ensure that you fully understand import laws before placing your order with GESHL. However with our professional and experience, most of parcels are no need to pay for any import duties/fees/tax/GST/VAT in most of the coutries.
Compatibility/Specification/Colour
You are responsible to ensure the product's compatibility (network dependent features and firmware related issue) with their network operator / service provider before committing to a purchase, for example: MMS / GPRS / WAP / SMS / Data Transfer.
You should be aware that network dependent features and firmware issues are not covered by GESHL and we are unable to offer support regarding these issues. For further assistance please contact the manufacturer/service provider directly
You should also be aware that the item you are purchasing might not be solely intended for your country or region. Therefore, certain specifications on the device and user guide might or might not fully support your country/region & service provider.
Warranty Policy
Products sold in GESHL website are covering 7 days full warranty upon product(s) arrived, after 7 days, GESHL covers 12 months limited warranty. You can bring the product(s) to the related brand service centre nearby you. Or you can send it back to us, we will fix it for you. Please note that after the 7 days full warranty, you will be responsible for the shipping fees for both send to us and back to you, also you will be responsible for any fees if the product(s) need to repair and replace parts.
